Is it free?
Yes. Patron is on for every account, and the Marketplace only sells cosmetics and convenience. Nothing you can buy makes you stronger.
What's different about progression here?
The late gear grinds from the official 10.0 game (Hiram and Erenor) aren't part of launch. Gear goes Illustrious → Magnificent → Epherium → Delphinad → Ayanad, crafted with the modern client's system, and newer content is reworked to feed that path. It opens in stages so late starters catch up. Hiram may return later with a reworked, land-friendly system.
Is the client 64-bit?
Yes. It's the 10.0 client, 64-bit, so big fights and long sessions don't run out of memory. The launcher keeps it patched.
Which version of the game is this?
The 10.0 client with reworked progression. Housing, farming, trade runs, sailing and the rest of the sandbox are what we're testing first.
I didn't get the confirmation e-mail.
Look in junk or spam first. Still nothing? Sign in with the launcher: it offers to send the link again. Links work for 24 hours.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password. We e-mail a link that lets you choose a new one; it works once, for an hour.
Will my progress be kept?
Not during testing: there's a clean start at launch so everyone begins together, announced ahead of time.
Can I make more than one account?
One account per person. You can make several characters on it.
